You've figured out something most people spend years chasing: balance. Like a cup of green tea, you're fresh, light and good for everyone around you. You love nature, simple routines and a home with plenty of plants and natural light.

You don't need drama to feel alive. You find joy in small, beautiful things: a walk in the park, a good meal, a clean desk, a slow morning. When everyone else is panicking, you're the one who takes a breath and says, "It's going to be fine." And somehow, because you said it, it is.

People feel healthier and calmer around you, like a breath of fresh air. Keep your rituals, keep your peace and keep reminding the rest of us that less really can be more.

How to enjoy your Green Tea

  1. Let the water cool. Use 175°F (80°C), not boiling. Boiling water is what makes green tea bitter.
  2. Short steep. One to two minutes is enough. Taste it, then take the leaves out.
  3. Steep it again. Good loose-leaf green tea gives you two or three delicious cups.
