How to enjoy your Cappuccino

  1. One third each. Equal parts espresso, steamed milk and thick foam. The foam is the star.
  2. Morning only (if you ask Italy). Traditionally a breakfast drink. We won’t tell if you have one at brunch.
  3. Finish with cocoa. A light dusting of cocoa or cinnamon on top looks and smells amazing.

Which coffee to buy

Roast
A medium-dark roast, so the coffee still shines through all that milk.
Grind
Fine, for espresso.

Tip: Whole milk makes the thickest, longest-lasting foam. Oat milk "barista edition" is the best non-dairy option.
